That time I drove to Tacoma in a tiny car

Big news this week, I did 3 baptismal interviews this week! And the work is progressing like crazy, first on Tuesday I did an all day exchange with ASL S to interview one of their baptismal candidates (I'm the only Elder who hasn't taught her, and the mission president likes to have elders who haven't taught the person interview them) and I spent the whole day with my son, Elder Luckau and one of his zone leaders Elder Ward, taught some lessons and got Cafe Rio for lunch and Buffalo wild wings for dinner ðŸ˜‚ both have awesome specials on Tuesday so missionaries love those!
Then wendesday I interviewed a man in downtown Seattle and exchanged with Elliot Bay elders, spent Thursday in downtown Seattle preaching the word, it was a great day! Lots of crazy people, lots of fun people, lots of ready people. Then Saturday I exchanged with Discovery Park elders and interviewed one of their people, that area is all really wealthy people and that's harder to teach in but it was a good day too!
It's really great because the stake president here just stresses having the YSA Wards be a focus because historically they have baptized the most. But now the family Wards are taking over and it's so hype!! Seattle is fire right now!
I love being here, the crazy people just add flavor! We got yelled at by a catholic guy as we crossed the street, he stopped us at an intersection and started going off about how "you aren't elders, I'm an elder" meaning old, and we started explaining but he just wasn't having it so we started walking away, which is the point when he started walking with us and asked for money... Which we didn't have any money and that made him really mad and he started screaming and swearing at us in the middle of the intersection! Then we walked around the corner to our apartment - and he was still yelling - and Elder Nuttall was having struggles with the key and I was like "Elder! Hurry he's coming!" and scared Elder Nuttall, it was awesome
Then yesterday we went to Tacoma for the baptism of the deaf lady I interviewed on Tuesday and got a ride from an awesome member of the Thornton Creek ward and I exchanged with Elder Lund and Elder Allmendinger, it was good to be with them both again! But the car was so tiny, it was really funny, the drive was a lot of fun! So awesome!
I love the Lord and I love the work!!
