That time we saw a deaf fire
so brief update.
Monday-Tuesday: Exchanges with Elder Bradley, my old companion, I biked hard and it was pretty good, talked with people and was just a normal biking missionary, so fun
Wednesday: My last zone conference, gave a departing testimony, played a sheep in a skit, did my best LeBron impersonation when we almost won in pictionary. Learned a lot about the basics of the Gospel, it was so hype. Also my last interview with President Wilding, that was really good.
Thursday: Donuts at Legendary Donuts, there is a deaf guy who works there, it was awesome. We got his phone number.
Friday: Visited Dhan and Bee, it was good, had a bunch of cancelled appointments
Saturday: Elder Luckau deaf family history day was baller, lots of great people came and we got to help people find their ancestors! Definitely doing it again. Then a fancy dinner with a deaf blind and a deaf member. They brought out the deaf blind members food, which was chicken fajitas served on a hot skillet and they said, should we switch the plate so he doesn't burn himself?? we were like uhhhhh yeah... It was pretty funny. Then a deaf bonfire on the beach, talked with a lot of deaf people and some people were drunk. It was interesting, invited lots of people to church. And convinced a deaf Ethiopian to take me to an Ethiopian restaurant... It's going to be hype.
Sunday four people came to church and we put two friends on date... That's what's up!!!
This week was so good, I'm getting ready to build it up every single week this transfer to find some new people and get people to church and prep people to be baptized!! I love this work!
Love you all!!

That time I don't even know what happened
Well everyone, I am over 2 years on my mission, June 14, 2017 I entered the MTC with probably the greatest MTC district of all time. But because of this I just don't even know what is happening on my mission anymore, I have finally hit that moment where I have nothing left to say, not to say I haven't been at this point for a while, but I managed to pull some stories out every week. This week was just pretty normal for a missionary.
District council on Wednesday, plus exchanges from Thursday to Friday with the zone leaders which meant I went on my first ever exchange to a YSA ward and it wasn't as bad as I thought I guess.
Then every day since then has just been crazy busy for some reason. I am not sure what is going on but it also doesn't seem like it's letting up. Time is flying and we almost never have any time for finding and things like lessons. All of Saturday we were out of our area for baptisms and stake conference. But stake conference was great! We learned about receiving revelation through sacrament, prayer, studies, Come Follow Me, and service. I loved it, the first counselor in the stake presidency told a story about President Oaks' studies, basically President Oaks will read the scriptures until he hears the voice of the Lord so I tried to do that and it just felt good. I love that way of studying and I invite you to do it studies will change your life. Love you all!!

That time I came back to Shorewood
So last week I didn't write a weekly because we had our last zone activity of the transfer, we went to the beach and played spikeball and volleyball. It was way fun... But that's why I didn't write a weekly... Sorry!!!
But Elder Nuttall and I finished our transfer out strong. He is awesome, I'm super excited for him to train and be a district leader, he is awesome!
In other news, on Monday last week we received news that I would be transferring, most automatically assumed I would be going back to ASL... Which would be correct, on Wednesday I got transferred back with my son Elder Luckau and it has just been awesome to serve with him again, he has had an awesome companion for the part three transfers (shout out to Elder Madsen) and he is ready to go in this area, ASL South.. Again

I guess my third time here is the charm???? Because it is going to be awesome here!! I'm super excited for this transfer.
Funny things, my district is composed of 10 missionaries, 4 of which are going home at the end of the transfer, which in missionary lingo is called "dying". myself included, also one of my zone leaders comes home with me... I am running a missionary funeral home here in Shorewood
Also this week President Wilding invited all of the district leaders to MLC and said "They said to go big or go home, so we are going big... And then we're going home" direct quote I kid you not. It was really good though, it was fun to be back at MLC, that's where a lot of the pictures are from is from MLC. Also one last picture with Elder Nuttall.. What a baller.
Oh also Elder Luckau makes food
That's about it for this week!
Love you all!!
